Bisi is the founder and head make up artist of Crystal-Eyez. Known for her creativity and innovation, Bisi's transition into makeup artistry was both a natural progression and a timely occurrence.

Bisi's mastery of the arts is evident in her other interests outside of makeup: architecture, sketching, painting and graphics and web design. Since receiving her Masters in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Bisi has utilized her expertise in the above fields in numerous capacities. But, not one to ignore her instincts for long, Bisi decided to take her innate passion for makeup artistry from childhood experimentation to a professional career. In 2007, Bisi obtained certifications to practice from the London Eyes International Academy of Makeup and the state of Illinois , and has been attracting clients ever since.

Bisi's work is already gaining international appeal and can be seen on bill boards, gracing the streets in multiple countries. Her work has also been featured in international magazines including UK's edition of Black Hair magazine, UK's Black Beauty and Hair magazine , Africa's Ovation International magazine, U.S.' Model Xpressionz magazine, among many others.
